What is your cancellation & refund policy?

We offer amazing value in beautiful facilities with highly trained staff. To be able to do this, we have to protect our appointment availability via the following refund and cancellation policy:

The Medspa has a ‘no refund’ policy on purchases if you simply change your mind.

Treatments/services and service packages are not transferable to other individuals or clinics.

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation to allow time to reallocate your appointment to another client.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost. Or in the case of a consultation, the charge will be $49 and in the case of prepaid treatments, the treatment will be forfeited.

Refunds will be provided where required under New Zealand Consumer Law.

Please note that deposits paid for cosmetic injectable treatments are non-refundable, if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or fail to attend a booked appointment.

Refunds directly back to a client’s bank account, with the exception of payments originally made using cash, will incur a 5% administrative charge.

The Medspa has a 'no refund policy' if you are simply unhappy with the treatment or you do not respond to one. Occasionally a very small percentage of the population does not respond to the treatment. We are unable to identify these patients in advance. Clients' muscles are also unique and so are the outcomes. Practitioners do their best to titrate treatment individually to the clients.

Adverse events are rare but can occur. By having treatment you understand that complications may occur with any procedure and you accept the possible risks associated with this, including any financial expenses that may be associated with this, including financial expenses, hospital care, anesthetic, and/or professional fees. No refund or compensation will be offered from The Medspa in these circumstances.
